Tillman Detroit Diesel J-46392 Engine Barring Tool for D13, DD15, DD16 Alt.

Used to adjust the engine for the correct position. Used with 1/2″ drive wrench. With the pin inserted, the tool locks the flywheel ring gear to prevent rotation during the removal and installation of the flywheel.

This tool is used to bar the engine over for service procedures, install to engage the flywheel teeth, and rotate the engine using standard square drive hand tools.

Direct replacement to OEM J-46392 or W904589046300 crankshaft turning tool.

Application: Detroit Diesel DD13, DD15, DD16, MBE 4000, MBE 900, Mercedes Benz Actros, Atego, MAN 5, 6, 8-cylinder engines – D25/28.
