Application: This Pin and Bushing Starter Kit is designed for Class 6-8 transportation trucks and equipment, including models from Kenworth, Peterbilt, Freightliner, Mack, Volvo, and more.

This Kittransforms pin and bushing service by enabling the use of multiple Pin and bushing Adapters. This allows for efficient servicing of rubber-isolated and threaded pins and bushings directly on the vehicle.

10,000 PSI Hydraulic Foot Pump

• This hydraulic foot pump has a maximum working pressure of 10,000 PSI and can be used for all 10-ton applications. The output oil hole has a 3/8NPTF connection, and the intake has a 1/4NPT connection. The Oil Output Pressure is 70mpa, and the Pressure Range is 0.7-1MPa.

Function: This kit facilitates the replacement and installation of pins and bushings in vehicles without the need to handle or remove heavy suspension assemblies. It eliminates the necessity of removing spring packs from the axle, offering 20 tons of pulling power for efficient operation.
