Chevrolet Cruze EN-46788 Crankshaft Locking Tool Alt. (1543-L)

Applications:Cruze 2.0L diesel (LUZ) LUZ diesel engine

EN-46788 locks the crankshaft sprocket during timing belt service to maintain the relationship between the crankshaft and the camshafts. Once the crank sprocket is positioned by EN-46788 and the camshafts are locked in place with EN-46789 the camshaft sprocket and tensioner can be loosened to service the belt. During installation EN-46788 and EN-46789 maintain the positions of the crankshaft and the camshafts.
