Use the Viledon Spray Booth Filters 20″ x 20″ R1 in paint booths and prep stations to filter contaminants and particles from the air. They provide dust-free paint results and minimize the chances of rework. These filters feature multiple synthetic layers, consisting of a high-performance cover mat with a final filter of progressively structured media, bonded thermally and treated with a tackifier throughout for optimum protection from paint damaging particles.

The R-1 panels and links are self-supporting panels built to provide 95% efficiency and can filter particles as small as 10 microns. These panels are designed to withstand extremes of temperatures and are environmentally friendly.
